Why is drone cleaning a real technical breakthrough?

Maintaining surfaces at great height or in hard-to-reach areas has long been a major logistical and financial challenge. Traditional cherry pickers or complex scaffolding significantly increase project costs and lengthen the time needed to complete the work.

How drone spraying works

Our drone is professional, certified equipment specially configured for spraying cleaning solutions. It’s connected by an ultra-lightweight flexible hose to a high-performance pumping station that stays on the ground.

The aircraft sprays treatment products (fast-acting cleaners, algicides, fungicides or water-repellent treatments) at low pressure and short range from the tiles or facade. This allows for:

• Even application: GPS-stabilised hovering guarantees a perfectly uniform distribution of the product across the whole surface.
• Millimetre precision: The spray nozzles are adjustable, allowing us to target corners, ridges and flashings with great efficiency and no product waste.
• Respect for the surface: Spraying is done at low pressure (under 10 bars), avoiding any risk of water getting under the roofing elements or of stripping the render’s grain.

A certified pilot and regulated operations

Piloting cleaning drones over private properties or commercial sites is subject to strict regulations set by the French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC). At Aquit’n Nettoyage, all our operations are carried out by a certified professional pilot registered with the DGAC.

Before every cleaning flight in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, we handle all the regulatory steps:

• Flight declarations to the local authority (préfecture) (required for populated or urban areas).
• Setting up a ground safety perimeter to protect people and property nearby throughout the flight.
