The exterior cleaning specialist in Nouvelle-Aquitaine

Led by Kevin Serafin, Aquit'n Nettoyage specialises in the technical and eco-friendly upkeep and cleaning of exterior surfaces. We work with homeowners, businesses, farmers, property managers and local authorities throughout Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

The story of a local commitment

In founding Aquit'n Nettoyage in Villefranche-du-Queyran, Kevin Serafin set out to answer a specific need seen on the ground: offer a professional exterior-cleaning alternative that combines technical performance with strict respect for the environment. Too often, traditional cleaning methods rely on heavy use of harsh chemicals (like pure chlorine or acids) or uncontrolled high pressure that permanently damages tiles and fragile render.

Our company was built around one core principle: it isn't the surface that should adapt to the method, it's the method that should adapt to the surface. We assess the condition of every material before acting and choose the gentlest, most effective technique.

Advanced skills and equipment

To guarantee flawless work on every project, we continually invest in innovative technology:

• Low-pressure saturated steam cleaning: Ideal for sanitising and removing lichen and moss without chemicals, using only the thermal power of heat (up to 150°C).
• Pure osmosis-water washing: An eco-friendly water purification system that removes limescale and dries without leaving any streaks on windows, conservatories and solar panels.
• Drone technology: Kevin Serafin is a certified professional drone pilot, registered with the DGAC (French civil aviation authority). Our spraying drone lets us treat high roofs and facades without anyone walking on your tiles, eliminating the risk of mechanical damage and reducing logistics costs (no scaffolding needed).
